Cabspacemedia working in conjunction with London Taxi PR have helped launch an important nationwide advertising campaign to promote the significant safety advantages that Black Cabs inherently provide in these worrying COVID times.
For sometime Black cabs have been manufactured with:
- Contactless payment
- Safe partitions between the driver and passengers
- 100% wheelchair access
- Purposely designed to be easily cleaned and sanitised after every fare
The campaign emphasises that Black cabs form a critical part of the drive to get people back to work in a safe sanitised environment not offered to the same extent by other forms of public transport. This is especially important for ‘at risk” groups who understandably need to take additional precautions when using public transportation to travel for work, business or for medical reasons at all times of the day and night.
The eye catching and well designed Superside was created to raise awareness to the general public promoting the positive safety aspects of travelling in an iconic black cab. With everyone slowly returning to work it is paramount that we all stay safe and by using a licensed taxi we can all play our part.
The message has also been colour-coded, so will sit on an eye-catching yellow background with black lettering. Red arrows will signify the distance between passenger and driver together with shaded lower bodies of both, the safe partitioned travel, sanitised interiors and contactless payment wording all in black. A Red dividing line will also emphasis the position of the partition and the Save Lives message is in Blue. This will be the same for both sides of the vehicles.
All the campaigns and publicity that has so far been generated by London Taxi PR has been funded by fellow London Taxi drivers as well as supportive companies and organisations.
